Starting with Nexiya as a contractor for a local utility in San Diego, CA, I initially anticipated the typical treatment of being just another temporary service provider, flying under the radar without much attention. However, I couldn’t have been more mistaken. Nadia’s team went above and beyond, regularly checking in on me monthly, offering benefits unheard of in contractor circles, and genuinely supporting my journey towards becoming a full-time employee for the company I served. This level of care fostered such a positive environment that I found it effortless to bring my best self to work every day, fueled by the assurance of full support for my success. Soon, my aspirations shifted, aiming to join Nexiya directly. Nexiya’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and opening doors that might otherwise remain closed is and continues to be evident and inspiring. I want to take a moment to recognize Nadia Eghaneyan and her company Nexiya. Being a recent graduate during the early stages of Covid, it became very difficult for me to find a job. I dealt with a lot of recruiters who would only give me a brief phone interview and never call back. Nadia in the other hand, was very helpful from the beginning by sending out my resume to different positions, she thought will benefit my career.
