With more than two decades of experience in telecom and utilities, Nadia has seen firsthand how challenging it can be for companies to find the right people—and for individuals to find companies that truly value them. She spent the first 12 years of her career as a Project Manager overseeing large-scale telecom projects. During that time, she noticed something missing in the staffing world: a human-centered approach.
Instead of starting another agency focused on volume, she set out to create something personal—something that truly prioritizes both clients and the people they hire. That vision became Nexiya in 2013.
It Started with Staffing—but Grew into So Much More
What began as a staffing and recruiting firm soon evolved into a full-service solution for the utilities industry. Our goal was never to just fill roles. We’re here to build careers, support growth, and create long-term success stories.
We’ve helped hundreds of individuals step into meaningful roles—sometimes for the first time in their careers—by offering guidance, mentorship, and comprehensive benefits. That’s because at Nexiya, people aren’t numbers on a spreadsheet. They’re the reason we do what we do.
Growing with Intention
In April 2024, we expanded our services to include managed solutions—planning, design, and training for utility providers. This shift didn’t just broaden what we do; it deepened our impact.
We opened a dedicated training center and brought in a team with over 100 years of combined experience in utility design and planning. This has allowed us to train and mentor individuals from our community who are passionate about the industry but may not have had the experience or connections to break in.
This is where Nadia’s leadership shines. Her approach has always been about meeting people where they are—and helping them grow into the professionals they’re meant to be.
